Daddy mine,
I miss you. I miss you. I miss you........ :( I know that you are free of pain and struggles. I know that you are happy and at peace and God knows how much you deserve peace. I still need you, though, Daddy. My kids still need you. Charlie needs you. Mama needs you. Sisters need you. We all need you. But, we have to adjust to the reality that you will never come back, that you are gone until we meet again. And, it's the hardest thing I have ever done, letting you go.
Thank you for being who you were. Thank you for your unconditional love and strength. Thank you for being Christ like to me in so many ways. Thank you for the hugs and the love. Thanks for holding me when I cried and carrying me when I was weak. I miss that, Daddy, and I really need a hug and an "I love you, baby" soooooo bad.
