Actually, I have two due dates. The earliest one puts me at 36 weeks Saturday & the second one at 35 weeks Tuesday so we are going to meet in the middle & say 35 weeks! LOL
We are dilated to a 2 but we are planning natural child birth so I may be 40+ weeks and still a 2...no induction unless absolutely necessary. :)
I am super tired & emotional. Not sleeping well & in pain. We have hit the home stretch!!
Soooo ready to meet little Sophia Catherine or Jude Levi, if it happens to be a boy!!!

My hubby
My hubby, the leader of our family, has been working & driving 75-80 hours a week, lately. He is surviving on 4-5 hours of sleep at night and still manages to be a devoted husband & father. Thank you, God,I love him so much & I am Forever grateful for the blessing of being his wife & mother to our sweet children. ♥
BBQ chicken...
I Came up with this today & thought I would share...yummy!!
1 Tbsp. Canola oil
1small onion, diced
1/2 c. Apple cider vinegar
1/2 c. Root beer
1 c. Ketchup
2 Tbsp A1 Steak sauce
1/2 c. Brown sugar
1 Tbso. Cayenne pepper
1 Tbsp. Spicy brown mustard
HEAT oil in large saucepan over medium heat. ADD onion& cook 5 minutes. Stir in other ingredients & bring to boil. Reduce heat & simmer 5 minutes. Pour over whole chicken seasoned with salt,pepper,and half a stick melted butter. Cover with foil it lid & bake at 300 for 3-4 hours.

Attitude & Prayers
Lordy, this has been a ROUGH week!! We have been struggling with attitude & just all around sinful behavior all.week.long!! Mama has had major attitude/weepiness going on & the kids have been just horrible...

Nesting
After a few major meltdowns yesterday, Charlie & I decided that today would be an attitude adjustment sort of day, for all of us. lol
Which meant plenty of sleep, early bedtime, healthy breakfast, extra bible reading at breakfast, Mama would not be on internet at all (its 4 pm now, so I'm in the clear, they are napping), chores all done, NO TV, we would do some fun things with Mama, I decided on crockpot meal for supper to make everything easier...so far today, I have done 7 loads of laundry with girls' help, scrubbed down kitchen, reorganized & cleaned kids' rooms, swept entire house, got some of the baby's stuff ready and some work for the kids printed off & organized for when after baby Sophie (or Jude, if its a boy) arrives. Now, I just need to clean bathrooms and mop.
I went to.my midwife appt. yesterday & found I am dilated to a 2 but no other signs of active labor so we are good. Hopefully, prayerfully, this baby will be born all natural. :)

Claire

The newest members of the family
The kids are having a blast taking care of the babies!!! Thanks, Uncle George & Aunt Tammy!!
15 months...
Our sweet E..man will turn 15 months old Sunday! Where does the time go? He's such a precious little one and soooo easy to love. We all adore him!!
He has such helpful big sisters and such a protective big brother that he doesn't walk much, yet! He can take a few steps & one if them is there to pick him up! He's super spoiled yet sweet as he can be! :)
Just a quick update on the baby that soon won't be the baby of the family, anymore. Sophie won't make us wait too much longer!! Every day, we draw closer & closer!

beautiful day..
So many things to be grateful for today! Sitting outside with my babies reading & playing. So far today we have finished another Felecity book, our bible lesson & a couple of chapters.from Alice in Wonderland. It's been great!
Drew just said the cutest thing, Mama, Boscoe (our dog) loves to lay out here & feel the pretty wind. :) so sweet.
We are going to be doing some leaf collecting & identifying this.afternoon & maybe have a picnic outside just enjoying this beautiful day with my blessings!!

nesting..
32 weeks this weekend & nesting has hit!"! I have been going through Sophia's small pile of. clothes & getting so excited!! ♥ baby girl clothes!!
Midwife, natural childbirth, all new experiences!! I really wish we could do at home birth but not teally safe where we live. I have a feeling this is going to be great!!
Enjoying my pregnancy even though things are stressful right now. Just trusting God to work it all out. I will post updated pics soon!! phone is being wacky..lol
